Bio: Surco is our ‘sweet girl’, a bit timid and shies away on most approaches but always curious about what’s going on. She has nearly black eyes to go along with her fleece and hypnotic when engaged in an inquisitive stare-down contest.
Once harnessed [or held] Surco rarely tries anything, sweetly stands and accepts all handling. Walking on lead is another story – she’s not at all up with it. Feet get planted, and our ‘unstoppable force’ is no match for her – the ‘immoveable object’. We’re working with her to impove this less than lady-like trait…
February 2010: Surco is surely getting close to term, as fetal cria movement is surreal at times and distinct movement is evident almost every visit with her.
