Shipping

Q:  Where do you ship?
A:  Currently we ship Canada wide.

Q:  How much is shipping?
A:  Shipping is a flat $10 for all orders under $100. All orders over $100 are shipped free! [The shopping cart may charge for the shipping, but we will gladly refund it right back to you!]

Q:  How do you ship products?
A:  All our products are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, with delivery confirmation and insurance. All but the largest orders are shipped in heavy duty self-sealing/tamper-proof  bubble mailer envelopes.

Payment

Q:  How can I pay for my order?
A:  We currently only accept Paypal for online purchases. It is safe, and secure for both buyer and seller.

Q:  Can I pay some other way?
A:  Sure, come by the ranch store get your hands on some great alpaca products and pay with cash. And there will be no shipping fees!
